Jam

Our jams are produced exclusively with fresh fruit which is picked up and processed once a year when it reaches its greatest organoleptic properties.

We suggest our jams in a unique sweet-and-sour recipe:

Tarocco orange – Chiaramonte Gulfi golden brown onion – Wild fennel Marmalade. It is sublime on ripe cheese and suitable for meat second courses to serve very hot. It is obviously really flavoursome on bread.

Mandarins – Almonds- Pumpkin Jam. The right alchemy between the pumpkin sweet flavour and the mandarins bitter one make it ideal to match with cheese and salads or simply for a special breakfast.

Coscia pears – Sultana- Honeydew Honey Jam. It is perfect to combine with soft cheese or on white meat. It is excellent for a wholesome and energetic breakfast.
